Sooooo - what are your thoughts on relationships, marriage and parents after our pre-reading activities?

Why should you participate in these discussions?

It supports differentiation - the blog allows some of you who do not like sharing ideas in class verbally to participate in a forum
It provides an authentic audience for your writing, an audience of your peers (class mates), parents, and a potential worldwide audience!
It allows for multiple feedback loops among the networked students, teachers and other interested parties. Learning in a class blog setting is now a social activity.
Eventually it will provide links to others sites and resources
Creates a learning community feel in a place away from our traditional classroom. This learning community is open 24/7
Believe it or not it encourages reading!! To make a meaningful comment, you need to read what’s out there.
